The Committee on Elections shall conduct elections for offices and committee memberships of the General Faculty, and elections for Faculty Senators representing the several College Faculties in accord with procedures specified in the Bylaws.
Membership Requirements
The Committee on Elections shall consist of three members of the General Faculty appointed by the Chair of the Faculty, after consultation with the Faculty Senate Executive Committee, from among candidates recommended by the Nominating Committee, or by other members of the General Faculty, for three-year staggered terms. The committee shall elect its chair from those of its members who have served at least one year on the committee.
