Presidential Search

A quick update on the status of the search for our next President:  critical meetings will be held in a few weeks (Feb 17-18) with a number of potential prospects – as many as 8-10.  I and several other UA colleagues on the search committee will have the opportunity to gauge the nature of these individuals, and their suitability to be serious candidates for the position.

I am writing to ask for suggestions about the 2 or 3 questions you think are the most important ones I could ask of these prospects.  Please get your thoughts to me within a week so I can whittle them down and try to compose a short list from what I’ve received.

I trust you all understand how important it is to have a President who reflects the values that are at the core of the UA community, and who will fight tooth and nail to preserve them.
